Orders are dispatched as quickly as i possibly Can, usually the next day.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on completion. Photos will be sent for approval and the item will be dispatched upon final payment. As commissions are made especially for you, refunds are only available if an item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and send a photo of the fault or damage. Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
